Notes

Two Sounders stalwarts–Fredy Montero and Mauro Rosales, onetime captain–have made their way north, with Montero returning in 2021. Vancouver’s Jordan Harvey played shortly for the USL Sounders…Seattle clinched passage to the CCL knockout phase with a 3-0 home win in 2015. That came just four days after winning a league game 3-0 away…Rivals met five times in 2015 (including CCL) and 2017 (playoffs)…Although listed as a home match, final meeting of 2020 was played in Portland, the Whitecaps’ home during final phase of pandemic-shortened season.
